By placing an order with Refreshi Global Pvt. Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all transactions related to the supply of food products for export.

Product Specification

All products will be delivered as per the agreed specifications confirmed during purchase order finalization. Product variations (such as pickle types, dehydration levels, or packaging sizes) must be approved before dispatch.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Orders must meet our minimum quantity requirements, which may vary by product. Custom MOQ will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

Pricing 

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

• Prices are FOB, CIF, or EXW as per the agreement.

Packaging

Products are packed as per export-grade standards using food-safe, tamper-proof packaging. Custom packaging may be provided at extra cost.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is arranged via sea or air freight depending on volume and urgency.

• The estimated lead time is 15 to 25 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to variation based on product type and order specifications.

• Delay due to customs, port clearance, or unforeseen events will not be liable on our part.
